ahhh just got back from work so many mixed emotions....I've quit kinda...went to casual and most of the casual staff if they're lucky get a shift a month but unlike them megan has worked 7 shifts in well...9 days. Im not complaining well I kinda am the money's good but I quit for a reason uni! I know this sounds stupid andI guess I say it every semester but I REALLY wanna do well...like really...I have the potential to get 2HD's if I dont stuff up the exams...but who am I kinding...I will

ANYWAY back to work...I love working at dome..loved? I was looking back at photos I took just before I quit and I really do miss everyone

There's always so much laughter and drama and FOOD...the best part. Our managers and assistant managers are awesome and supervisors the men :P Andrew and Phil they're the best.

But there's so much work!! today....well despite the fact I was an hour late coz I was rostered at 5...who gets rostered at 5? its always 6! anyhow I did the drink fridge, cake fridge, took out like 10 big green bins which I had to walk across the entire car park (ie 20 TRIPS), I cleaned the coffee machine and the entire bar, I swept the dining room floor TWICE and mopped the floor and brought in half of the tables and chairs from outside did about 2 loads of cutlery out of like the 4 that we did..did the water station and the bar floor and the sugars at the end of the night...GARHHHH at least its a work out...is it really worth it all?

Im suppose to be becoming supervisor but I dont know how much of that is true...the manager called me up and then said she'll train me and I'll do a few shifts before china..but then she went on holiday for 2 weeks and gave me 7 shifts of normal work no training nothing!...I have study week now and then 2 weeks of exams..a week of work and then off to china...so the chances of me being supervisor....close to none. I have such a big soft spot for dome :( Im really considering quitting completely and when I get back from china its time for a new job...anyone's work looking for staff?
